Guest Service Officer / Supervisor

Responsibilities: Primary task is to oversee the Global Pinoy Center whose range of services includes: queries on OWWA and POEA updates, online internet data with VOIP, queries on SSS, Philhealth updates, BDO remittances and accounts among others duties.

Qualifications:
  • Must at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in the related field for this position preferably in service industries like hotels and restaurants.
  • Preferably Supervisor; with five (5) years and above work experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
